Murphy turns 13 weeks old

Our Golden Retriever Puppy just turned 13 weeks old.   He has walked as much as 2.5 miles, and has ran for a mile straight.  He can be a handful, but he’s learning.

Here he is.  This is after a walk, and I think I finally tired him out – but just briefly.

Feeling under the weather

I have been feeling a bit under the weather the last few days.  My exercise has really decreased.  I did get in one good workout on Monday.

How I lost 15 pounds in 2007

I ended up losing 15 pounds for the year.  My strategy was simple:
